Policies

• REFUNDS: 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

RETURNS & PROCEDURES:

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all of the original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at KrownedByKyra@gmail.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with receipt/proof of purchase. Items MUST NOT be used or damaged, and must be returned to the following address:

**Please Note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a method of shipping which you are able to track, in order to mail your return.

**PLEASE NOTE that Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned! We reserve the right to refuse or deny an exchange, based on our judgement of the final returned product.**

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What quality hair are KBK Bundles?

A: Our bundles are 100% Virgin hair. All cuticles are intact and facing the same direction.

Q: How long do KBK Bundles last?

A: Our hair lasts up to 1 year+ with PROPER maintenance

​

Q: Can KBK Bundles be colored?

A: Yes! Our hair colors perfectly and lightens up to 9-10 levels. Although it can be
colored we recommend ONLY using professional hair color, and going to a
LICENSED cosmetologist, this will ensure the quality of the hair.

Q: Q-How do I take care of my KBK Bundles?

A: Suggested Maintenance Steps:
 

1. Shampoo & Condition once a week
2. Avoid products with a high alcohol content, this dries the hair out faster
3. Shampoo then rinse with warm water
4. Condition, starting at the ends working your way up (avoid heavy conditioners, this
weighs the hair down)
5. Allow conditioner to sit in hair 3-5 minutes minimum (this will seal the cuticle, giving it
maximum moisture)
6. Detangle with a wide tooth comb!
7. Rinse conditioner out with COOL water ONLY (this will seal the cuticle even more)
8. Let Air Dry
9. Style and finish!

Q: When should I expect my order?

A: After payment has gone through, allow 3-5 days for processing and an additional 5-7
days to receive order.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Once your payment has processed, and order has been shipped out, you will receive
an email from krownedbykyra@gmail.com with your tracking information.

​

Q: Can I use heat/ styling tools on my KBK Bundles?

A: Yes! However, do keep in mind this (like your own hair) will suffer some heat damage
if constantly being styled with hot tools; flat irons, curling irons, wands, etc.

Q: How much hair do I need?

A: For a sew in or a wig/unit you will need:
 

ï‚· 12”-16”: 2 Bundles
ï‚· 18”-24”: 3 Bundles
ï‚· 26”-30”: 4+ Bundles (the longer the hair, the thinner the bundle)

​

Q: What shipping company does KBK use?

A: KBK uses USPS (United States Postal Service) Our shipping facility is located in
Riverside, California.
